Founder of the firm, Ali Seda is a highly experienced and respected registered Turkish patent and European patent attorney. With over 15 years of intellectual property expertise, he has represented a diverse range of national and international clients. Ali’s areas of expertise are in chemical patents, general mechanical patents, as well as in trade marks.
Sena Tugutlu is experienced in matters of developing IP protection strategy including trademark and industrial design protection at national and international level. Sena provides business-oriented and clear IP guidance for clients along with putting her ideas into practice about flexibility, transparency and cost-consciousness.
